Suitable for those with flexible schedules
Based on my usage experience, I think this software suits people who have more flexible hours rather than a very rigid schedule. Before purchase, I expected the calling tools and dialer to be more responsive, but sometimes there is a slight delay which might be inconvenient for users requiring strict timing. The database feature matched my needs well, and the onboarding flow was thorough, though it took some time to get accustomed. The automatic updates happen seamlessly, which is a definite plus. However, I do think that for those who need immediate assistance or fast real-time support, this might not be the best fit as telephonic support can occasionally take a little longer to respond. Overall, it meets expectations fairly well but would serve particular types of workflows better than others.
