Suitable for those who want detailed explanations but not for beginners

The sales and pre-purchase information I received from WFHI was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the explanations about the software’s features and training offerings were quite detailed, which helped me understand what to expect. The description of the CRM and calling tools was thorough, and the onboarding flow was outlined step-by-step, which I appreciated. However, the clarity of some technical details was lacking, especially concerning the database integration and automatic updates. This sometimes made it hard for me to be sure if the software fit my specific needs. While the telephonic support was accessible, it did not always provide clear answers immediately, so I had to be patient. Based on my experience, I would say WFHI suits users who already have some familiarity with remote workflow software and want in-depth knowledge before purchase. But for beginners who need very straightforward, simple explanations, this might not be the best fit. The sales process did cover important information, but it could be simplified for a wider audience.
