Suitable for those who don’t mind a bit of self-guidance
I found the support system somewhat inconsistent. While I appreciated the telephonic assistance being available, I realized quite early that I was expected to figure out a lot of the setup processes by myself. The onboarding flow wasn’t as hand-holding as I hoped; much of the database integration and dialer setup I managed only after trial and error. It worked well once everything was in place, but that initial phase required patience. My small reservation is the lack of proactive guidance during those first steps—it might suit users comfortable with independent troubleshooting but less so for someone who prefers more direct support. On the plus side, communication responses were timely when I reached out, which helped smooth over some rough patches. Overall, this would be a decent fit if you can handle a bit of learning on your own, but it’s not a perfect match for everyone.
