By the end of my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase interactions, I felt reasonably confident about what the software and training offered. The sign-up process was straightforward, and I was able to explore the calling tools and database feature during onboarding. The automatic updates ensured I stayed current without any manual hassle, which gave me peace of mind. However, I think this product suits people who are looking for structured step-by-step guidance rather than those who want a quick setup and instant understanding. The training explains each part slowly and thoroughly, which might feel overly detailed for fast learners. Support was consistently available but sometimes a bit too formal, which might not appeal to everyone. In short, if you prefer detailed onboarding and ongoing assistance, this would work well. But if you expect everything to click immediately, you might find it a bit slow.
