WFHI review

Suitable for some, but not quite for everyone

Suitable for some, but not quite for everyone

When I compare WFHI's training and onboarding with other platforms I've used before, I find it a bit lacking in some respects. The overall structure reminded me of past experiences, but it was less engaging and felt more mechanical. If you have prior knowledge or work with remote workflows often, this might suit you okay since the software itself has helpful features. However, if you're a complete beginner or want intuitive guidance, I doubt this training would be very supportive. The instructions follow a fairly rigid style without much flexibility or context customization, which made it harder for me to connect what I learned to the exact nature of my tasks. It wasn’t outright bad, but definitely not as smooth or user-friendly as I'd hoped, especially when compared with previous tools. I think this system best fits people who already understand remote setups and just want a straightforward onboarding, but it might not work well for those expecting very detailed, adaptive training sessions.
