Suitable for self-starters who can manage some on their own
The training and onboarding process was quite comprehensive but did leave some gaps that I had to figure out on my own. While the initial tutorials and webinars covered the basics of using the dialer and the database functionalities, there were a number of advanced features that were not entirely intuitive and required trial and error. The software’s automatic updates occasionally introduced new interfaces or altered workflows which weren’t immediately explained in the training materials. If you are someone who prefers close guidance with every step, this may not be ideal. However, for users comfortable with independent exploration, the learning curve is manageable. The invoicing and payment systems were clear and the sign-up process relatively straightforward. Telephonic support was available but I found myself relying more on manuals and self-help resources, which were well-organized. Overall, I’d say this training suits those who are proactive and patient, willing to invest time in learning beyond the structured curriculum. It may not work well for users expecting hands-on constant assistance throughout. But for individuals keen to adapt alongside evolving software features, the experience is positive despite requiring some self-driven problem solving.
