Suitable for self-starters but not for those needing step-by-step clarity

Reflecting on the training and onboarding experience, I found the explanations offered by WFHI to be a mixed bag. Some concepts were presented quite clearly, especially the initial setup steps for accessing the database and dialer features, which I appreciated since they helped me get started without much delay. However, some of the workflow automation instructions were somewhat vague, leaving me uncertain about integrating those into my own remote setup. The training materials did cover everything promised, but occasionally felt rushed, and I had to revisit sections multiple times. I believe this approach would benefit those who have some prior familiarity with remote workflows and software but might frustrate beginners expecting more detailed guidance. Onboarding took longer than anticipated because parts of the process weren't intuitive, notably configuring the automatic updates and understanding the invoicing system. Having telephonic support helped clarify a few points, but sometimes the wait times made it difficult to get immediate answers. Overall, I think this training is a decent fit if you're proactive and don't mind piecing things together yourself, but it may suit less those who prefer neatly sequenced tutorials with hand-holding through every step.
