Suitable for Flexible Daily Schedules, but Not Fixed Hours
I had high hopes for the software given my irregular working hours, but the actual fit was a mix of positives and negatives. Signing up was straightforward, with the invoicing process quite transparent. However, when I tried to sync the dialer with my calling hours, it felt like it either expected me to be available too early or too late. The training modules explained the features well, yet the tools didn't fully match the times I actually work on calls. I enjoyed how the database feature helped organize contacts, though the automatic updates sometimes pushed changes at inconvenient hours, disrupting my flow. Telephonic support was helpful when I called about scheduling options, but I still felt some gaps. Overall, this software suits those with flexible or standard office hours, as it’s designed around general schedules. For someone with a highly variable or evening-heavy workload like mine, I would say the fit isn’t ideal right now. Hopefully, they keep improving the customization, because some parts worked well, but others didn’t align with what I needed daily. If your workday is set around typical office timing, this should work nicely enough; if not, you might find it limiting.
