Suitable for busy users, but patience needed for setup
From my experience, WFHI’s pre-purchase and sales process is quite practical though somewhat repetitive at times. The initial communication involved going over the same details again and again, which was a bit tiring when I just wanted to get started quickly. However, that thoroughness did mean I ended up understanding the full scope of the software fairly well. The waiting for sign-up confirmation and payment processing wasn’t too long, but the steps could feel slow if you’re eager to dive right in. It would be best for someone who values clear explanations and doesn’t mind taking their time before launching operations. I think users who need fast responses or a super quick start might find it frustrating. But for many, the sales process ensures all points are covered, which helps once you actually begin working. So overall it worked to set me up properly, though it’s not perfect to skip the back-and-forth emails and calls. This kind of approach wouldn’t suit those who want instant access but works okay if you want to be well prepared.
