Suitable for basic users but confusing for advanced workflows

I found the software interface fairly warm and user-friendly at first, but the terminology used in some modules was quite ambiguous. For those who are new or only require simple remote workflow solutions, the wording and labels might be easy enough to handle. However, for more advanced users or those needing detailed controls over database functionality, the descriptions lacked precision. Things like the dialer texts and button labels sometimes felt inconsistent. While basic tasks were straightforward, the software might not suit people who prefer a more technical or nuanced approach to access and usability. Overall, a decent balance but expect some moments where you'd need to pause and think what exactly some labels imply before proceeding.
