Sufficient help nahi mila

Support ka experience thoda disappointing raha. Jo problems aayi unke liye mujhe khud hi zyada kaam karna pada. Koi quick response nahi mila unse, aur maine apne se kaafi samjhna pada. Ye thoda frustrating tha, kyunki maine socha tha ke ye zyada easy hoga.
