Struggled a lot with confusing sales terminology
The entire sales and pre-purchase experience was marred by unclear wording and confusing labels that made it difficult to understand what exactly was being offered. The software description used terms that didn’t seem to fit logically with the features presented, which caused repeated second-guessing on my part. The onboarding steps were explained in a way that felt contradictory sometimes and the database feature was rarely clarified properly. It took significant effort to extract straightforward information from the marketing materials, and I often found myself going back and forth to check what was included. Even the invoicing process had ambiguous labels that made me pause and question what I was paying for. No doubt some of the features were reasonably functional, but trying to decode the pre-purchase content was more draining than I expected. Overall, this was a difficult and frustrating experience that might discourage users who value clear communication. To sum up, the main obstacle was the overwhelming confusion and the amount of time needed just to understand the basic offer line-up.
