Strong features but some gaps compared to past experiences
Coming from software I've used before for remote workflows, WFHI training and onboarding delivered some solid features yet left a few things to be desired. I expected the onboarding to be very streamlined and to match the crispness of earlier software I've worked with, especially since training is essential to me. The calling tools and database integration felt familiar and well-implemented, which was great. However, the pace of training felt slightly slower and at times redundant compared to what I was used to. Also, the labeling in the software didn't always match up with my expectations, which initially caused some confusion. Compared to my prior experience with other platforms, I also missed a bit more hands-on examples or case studies in the modules, which made the learning curve a touch steeper. That said, the invoicing and payment process was quite straightforward and less complicated than some I've seen, which was a pleasant surprise. Automatic updates seemed to work without disrupting my schedule, so the maintenance aspect felt smoother. Overall, while WFHI met many of my expectations on the software side, its training and labeling could improve to better match the familiarity and efficiency I had hoped for. Still, it's a capable system and I'm cautiously optimistic it will continue to grow and improve.
