Straightforward verdict: solid training, just what I hoped
I had tried some other remote workflow trainings before, so I was skeptical whether WFHI’s onboarding would bring anything new to the table. My expectations were average, thinking it might be overly technical or a bit generic. But the experience was actually quite good. The training modules were clear, practical, and paced well for someone who prefers hands-on understanding rather than just listening to lectures. The comparative ease of accessing resources during the onboarding stood out — it wasn't frustrating or overly complicated like some older platforms I've used. However, one small downside was that the training didn’t dive as deeply into advanced features of the calling tools as I would have liked. Still, it offered a better overall flow than many other platforms I know, balancing technical detail and accessibility. I can definitely see myself building on this foundation, so I’d rate it a solid four stars with just a bit of room for deeper feature walkthroughs.
