Straightforward verdict on the support clarity
Overall, my experience with the support team was a mix of helpfulness and confusion. Initially, the telephonic support explained things with reasonable clarity, but as the conversations progressed, some explanations became less clear. The onboarding training provided an overview but sometimes lacked detailed steps for troubleshooting software issues, which meant I had to spend extra time figuring things out myself. The database feature was straightforward and mostly self-explanatory, which helped reduce the need to reach support frequently. Billing and payment process was mostly smooth, but invoicing queries needed multiple calls to clarify. Automatic updates for the software worked fine, causing minimal disruption. Sign-up and payment were well structured and didn't require much assistance. While the customer service could improve on being more consistent with their explanations, they were generally polite and willing to help. So, to sum it up plainly, the clarity of support communication was average and can vary depending on the issue and person helping.
