I found the sales and pre-purchase experience to be a mix of straightforward and challenging elements. On one hand, the initial setup was relatively quick and mostly handled as a one-off task, which was quite convenient. However, maintaining and fine-tuning the system appeared to require more ongoing attention than I anticipated. The onboarding sessions covered a lot of ground, but I felt like some aspects demanded continual software adjustments and occasional consulting. So while the one-time aspects were well managed, the ongoing setup adjustments weren't as seamless and required time investment from my side. On the plus side, the software interface was user-friendly enough to support these updates without significant hassle, which I appreciated. Ultimately, I consider the setup process reasonable, but it's not entirely hands-free. If you’re looking for a system with minimal ongoing setup, this might require a bit more commitment than expected. That said, with willingness to invest time, it can certainly fit a steady workflow.
