Straightforward take on the training

The onboarding and training program promised was quite a mix for me. On one hand, several modules gave me exactly the guidance needed to get the software running, which was encouraging early on. But on the other hand, I found myself scratching my head over some parts where instructions were thin or not quite reflective of the actual workflow steps. It sometimes meant figuring things out solo before circling back to less intuitive sections later in the training. The dialer tool worked well during my usage, but integrating it with the database wasn't always smooth initially. Overall, I appreciate the balanced approach the training took but feel there’s a bit more to polish for easier self-navigation to avoid early stumbles.
