Straightforward software access with minor repetition
Accessing WFHI software was generally straightforward. I registered and got to explore the calling tools quickly, which fit nicely with how I planned to use the platform for managing communications. The database feature was intuitive, but I found myself repeating some steps during the initial training to get fully comfortable. There was also a bit of waiting for certain automatic updates to download and install before I could move forward, which slightly interrupted my workflow. Despite these small delays, the invoicing and payment system worked well, allowing easy confirmation and entry into the system. Telephonic support was available and helpful when I needed clarification, though overall I wish the initial onboarding flow could be a bit less repetitive. Still, once past the early phase, software access and day-to-day use went smoothly, so I can say it’s a solid option for remote workflow management with just one minor point for improvement.
