Straightforward for most users
Reflecting back on my billing and payments experience, I think it would work well for most users, especially those who prefer a structured flow. The steps were mostly well-organized, although I did find one part slightly confusing. If someone is detail-oriented or likes everything very clear-cut, they might find it a bit challenging. Overall, I managed to navigate it without too much hassle, which is a plus.
