Straightforward billing labels but they needed more clarity
Honestly, the billing and payment labels made sense on a surface level, but I went through a few cycles needing to explain the same terms to colleagues who were less familiar with this kind of software. Things like invoice status, automatic update charges, and database access fees were all labeled in a way that, once you study it, you get the picture, but the quick glance doesn’t help. It feels like the wording assumes a level of familiarity that newcomers might not have. The sign-up process was okay, with few issues about payment schedules, but it could have been streamlined with clearer communication about invoicing. I’m also tired of re-explaining how the calling tools and the dialer features tie into the billing cycle because it’s not obvious to users who don’t read every detail in the support docs. Support was helpful on the phone but just for specific queries, not about overall billing concepts. So the verdict is: labels work but aren’t intuitive enough for easy understanding, and that slows down the process for people not used to remote work software billing.
