straight to the verdict on the pre-purchase steps

The whole pre-purchase phase was neither terribly slow nor impressively quick. I spent a decent amount of time on calls, some of which covered the same ground repeatedly, particularly on the software’s features and payment options. Waiting was only occasional but noticeable enough to highlight. The training scheduling process required a bit of back and forth too, which added some delay from setup to actually using the dialer with confidence. On the other hand, sign-up and invoicing were relatively straightforward without delays, which helped streamline the starting phase. The sales team communicated the essentials without being pushy, and the information was generally clear, though repetitive at times. So overall, I’d say the pre-purchase experience was average in terms of getting things sorted out. No significant issues, but nothing stood out as particularly efficient either. It was a tolerable start that got me prepared enough without any frustration, ending with enough knowledge to proceed.
