Still figuring out which parts were one-offs

Looking back on the training and onboarding, it didn't click for me as much as I hoped. There was a lot of setup initially, like signing up and getting familiar with the database and dialer tools, but it felt like much of that was one-off work. After the initial few days, the ongoing process seemed unclear. I wasn’t sure which parts of the workflow or software functionality were supposed to be repeated regularly, and which were just for the beginning. This ambiguity made it hard to feel comfortable using the software daily. The training materials addressed the steps but didn’t clearly differentiate the ongoing tasks from one-time setup. Reflecting on it now, the moment things could've clicked was missed because the distinction wasn’t clearly made, and that’s probably why I’ve struggled to get into a consistent rhythm with the tools.
