steps were good mostly but a bit more clarity was missing

I really liked how the overall flow was built for getting started with the software, especially since it helped me steadily move through setting up my remote workflows. The sign-up was simple and the invoicing came promptly without any fuss. I went through the onboarding training and it was usually easy to follow, though I felt sometimes the transition between modules could have been a bit more connected. Like, the part about the database and how to integrate it with the calling tools felt a bit disjointed; it was clear individually but pulling both together in practice took trial and error. The dialer itself was pretty smooth, especially once I got the hang of the automatic updates that helped keep the system fresh without any manual installs. Telephonic support was always available, though I didn’t often need to call, which was good because the software mostly just worked day to day. Sign-up and invoice receipt were clearly explained and straightforward, so I didn’t feel worried there. What I found missing though was a kind of checklist or summary that would show how each step connected, so you could track your progress better and avoid missing anything important. Overall, the process was user-friendly and taught me enough to run my workflow confidently, but adding that synthesis might make it even smoother for new users.
