steps were clear except when workflow setup happened before dialer training

The training and onboarding process included a sequence of steps designed to get me started with the software features. Most steps were logically ordered, like establishing database access, then moving onto setting up calls with the dialer. However, there was a moment when the workflow setup occurred before I had training on how to use the dialer effectively, which caused some confusion. I had to revisit parts of the training to understand how the dialing system integrated with my tasks properly. On the positive side, sign-up and payment steps were straightforward and followed a clear process. The automatic updates kept the software current without extra effort. Telephonic support was accessible as needed, although I did not need it extensively. Overall, while most training steps flowed well, the specific misalignment with dialer introduction made me rate the process as average rather than excellent, since sequence matters for an efficient learning experience.
