Steps were all out of order, made no sense to me

I started out feeling optimistic about signing up, but the whole pre-purchase process ended up really frustrating me because the sequence of steps wasn’t laid out logically. Right from the beginning, I felt like I was jumping around between signing up, invoicing, and trying to understand what training was included. There was no clear linear path, so I kept getting stuck trying to figure out what to do next. For example, I was prompted to confirm payment details before getting a real sense of the software features or the support options available, which felt backwards. Then, the onboarding seemed to assume I knew things that I hadn’t been shown yet, so I was left confused about how to actually start using the calling tools and the dialer effectively. Attempts to get help via telephonic support were slow, and at times I felt like I was just being passed around without clear answers. The database feature and regular updates were mentioned too late in the process, which made it hard to understand their relevance to my work. All in all, the order of steps made it an unpleasant experience for me, and I wish the sign-up, training, and invoicing flows had been arranged in a more sensible, beginner-friendly way. It left me feeling like I wasted time on things before they were ready to be used.
