Steps to fix problems didn’t really help in the end

I found the handling of issues before purchase really left me a bit disappointed. When things went wrong during sign-up and payment, the process to get things corrected was slow and not very straightforward. I understand that errors can happen, but the communication about how to resolve those mistakes felt unclear and sometimes contradictory. It seemed like every time I contacted support, I had to repeat the problem again without getting a quick resolution. While the invoicing system functioned properly once sorted, addressing the initial errors took too many back-and-forth calls. I was hoping for a smoother explanation of what to expect with payments and invoices, as the confusion added unnecessary stress. Apart from that, the documentation about software features was okay, but the lack of clarity before purchase regarding troubleshooting support made me hesitant. In conclusion, I ended up navigating most problems on my own because the official help didn’t guide me well, which was frustrating. So the overall outcome isn’t great, mostly due to support and communication failings during the setup phase.
