Steps that caught me off guard with their order

When I first signed up, I expected the onboarding process to flow very logically, but some steps surprised me. For instance, setting up the calling tools before fully inputting my database felt a bit premature, since I wasn’t able to test calls properly until the contact list was ready. On the other hand, the training modules were in a sensible order and easy to follow, teaching me basic navigation before the more complex features. I liked that the invoicing and payment process came right after sign-up, so I knew how to keep things moving financially from the jump. Yet, I did get a little confused around where the telephonic support fit within the training - I thought I’d get a personal call earlier, but instead, it came later when I raised a query through the system. Still, the automatic updates worked smoothly without interrupting my workflow, which was a relief because any downtime would have messed up my schedule. Overall, the mix of surprises and logical order meant I could get most things done without frustration, though a tweak to the sequence of the calling tools and support introduction would improve the flow greatly for new users.
