steps sort of okay but might annoy people who want everything neat

I think for the most part the sales and pre-purchase flow is okay, not perfect but it kinda works. Everything’s there as you’d expect but the order of all the info and getting started steps felt a bit scattered rather than nicely lined up, y’know? Like you get the invoice and payment info separated from the training intro so you have to jump around to make sense of it. For some people that casual approach might be fine, even helpful if they just wanna explore at their own pace. But if you prefer clean, step-by-step structure then it might not suit you so well. The signup process was smooth though, no annoying delays. Honestly the calling tools preview and the database overview came late in the process instead of earlier, which could throw people off. So basically if you’re flexible and don’t need everything laid out perfectly in one neat line, you’ll do fine. But it’s not the clearest if you want to get everything in order without scratching your head at where to go next. Still, I can see why it works well enough for lots of folks.
