Steps order was surprisingly confusing

Steps order was surprisingly confusing

I expected the training and onboarding steps to follow a logical order, but I was taken aback by how the sequence was arranged. The instructions seemed jumbled, with some parts asking me to do things before I had even accessed necessary tools, which slowed down my progress. It felt like the process tried to cover too much at once without a clear flow from basic setup to advanced features. For example, the dialer setup was introduced even before the database had been fully explained, which is the opposite of what I would have expected. This affected how well I could use the calling tools during the initial week of working with the software. Additionally, some of the automatic updates created new interfaces that I wasn’t prepared for, adding to the confusion. The telephonic support tried to help, but since the steps weren’t intuitive, even their guidance felt like patchwork. In practical terms, the onboarding did not completely serve its purpose efficiently because I spent more time figuring out what to do next than actually using the product. I was surprised that with all this focus on training, the order wasn’t more user-friendly to guide me through these software functions properly.
