Steps mostly made sense, though sometimes felt a bit out of order

Working through the software access and training, I thought the steps generally followed a sensible order, especially the onboarding followed by training and then hands-on use of the dialer and database. That helped me build a gradual understanding. However, I did find that some functionalities, like advanced calling features and database management, were introduced abruptly without enough prerequisite explanation, which was a bit confusing. I hesitated a couple of times, wondering if I should cover basics more before moving on. The automatic updates were helpful in keeping the platform current but sometimes reset minor preferences without much warning. Payment and invoicing processes were clear and straightforward, which made that side less stressful. So overall, I think the flow worked well but could be smoother in how complexity ramps up.
