Steps made sense but order could be better
The training and onboarding process followed a clear sequence that was easy to follow. Each step introduced a new aspect of the software and its features in an orderly fashion. For example, the software introduction came first, followed by session on calling tools and the dialer, and then the database functionalities. This order seemed logical, helping me understand the flow of remote work processes from start to finish. However, in practice, some of the later modules referenced earlier sections that I sometimes hadn't fully grasped yet. There was little overlap or recap, so I had to jump back to earlier content, which disrupted the flow. The invoicing and payment steps were also placed near the end, which makes sense, but I think a quick overview earlier might help with planning. Automatic updates to the training usually happened between modules and didn’t interrupt the flow. Overall, it was a sensible order, though I would have liked more built-in opportunities to revisit or review prior steps during the onboarding.
