Steps logically arranged but needed a bit more guidance
Looking back on my experience with WFHI support and communication, I felt the steps they provided during onboarding and troubleshooting were generally in a sensible order. When I first signed up, the telephonic support guided me through the basic setup logically—from registration to accessing the dialer and database features. The training was helpful and paced well, allowing me to tackle each tool one step at a time. However, what felt a bit missing was a consolidated resource that connected these steps more clearly. While the support calls answered my questions, sometimes I had to piece together information from different sources to understand the overall workflow fully. A more cohesive guide or checklist from start to finish might have made the transition smoother. Still, their patience and willingness to help were noticeable, which I appreciated. Writing this now, I recognize that the order of steps was fine, but the level of explanation could have been more comprehensive to avoid a few of the confusing moments I encountered early on.
