Steps didn’t flow logically in sales process

The order of steps in the sales process felt off. Instead of getting clear information about the software features first, I was asked to submit personal details before I fully understood what I was signing up for. Also, there wasn’t any chance to test or see a demo to check if the product suited my needs before inputting payment details. The sequence felt confusing rather than reassuring. I expected a smoother introduction, not having to imagine the value without seeing the actual workflow or calling tools in action. As a result, I ended up not proceeding further because the process didn’t make sense. It was frustrating to experience this lack of clarity at the outset. Overall, the one thing that stood out to me negatively was this disorganized and premature request for information before explaining the product properly.
