Steps came in surprising order disrupting workflow
I was expecting a more logical progression through the process of setting up and accessing the software. Unfortunately, I found that the actual steps taken felt out of order and this disrupted my workflow significantly. For instance, I encountered the calling tool features before the database was fully accessible, which felt counterintuitive. Usually, one would expect to configure the database first since it holds the contacts you would call. This switch in the usual sequence caused confusion and slowed down my initial tasks. Additionally, certain automatic updates were applied before I fully understood the onboarding steps, adding to the complexity. While I found the telephonic support to be generally polite and available, having to reach out frequently due to these ordering issues added unnecessary effort on my part. The invoicing and payment process was clear, which was one positive aspect. Overall, the order of operations surprised me unfavorably, making the start more complicated than necessary and causing avoidable friction during setup.
