Step sequence in sales process was confusing and inefficient
I’m writing to highlight my dissatisfaction with the order of steps in the sales process, which I found confusing from the outset. When I expressed my interest and tried to gather information about the software features and training, the sequence of communications seemed disorganized. I was asked to proceed with payment before receiving detailed onboarding information, which felt counterintuitive. This resulted in a frustrating experience where I wasn’t sure what I was committing to. Additionally, the invoicing came through later than I had anticipated, slowing down the process further. The sales team did eventually clarify the process, but it felt like I was left to piece together details without a clear roadmap. I believe the steps should be arranged so that the purchaser fully understands and experiences the software onboarding before completing payment. Without this, the trust and confidence needed to proceed smoothly was lacking. Apart from the poorly ordered steps, there was one positive—the support team was polite when contacted about the process. However, overall, the disjointed sequence seriously impacted my initial impression of the service.
