Step order was fine but one thing stood out
Reflecting back on my experience with the support and communication during the onboarding, I found that while most steps were laid out in a sensible order, there was one particular moment that really caught my attention. Initially, the sequence seemed logical enough — signing up, configuring the dialer, testing calls, and then using the database feature — this all aligned well with what I expected. However, when it came to the telephonic support, the process felt less streamlined. I remember having to repeat my issue multiple times, which disrupted the otherwise smooth flow. Though the team was polite and helpful eventually, the order in which they asked for information didn’t match the steps I had completed so far, which made me pause. On the upside, the automatic updates section was well integrated and didn’t require much input from my side, adding to the convenience in a positive way. Over time, the calling tools improved as I used them more, showing some adaptability in the software. Overall, the sequence had its merits, but the part about support ordering made me think they could refine the instructions better for new users like me.
