Step order made no sense to me at all

I’ve been trying to get the billing and payments sorted through WFHI but honestly, the whole order of steps seems off. The sign-up process is simple enough, but once I got to invoicing and payments, the way it was laid out just confused me completely. It felt like jumping back and forth between tasks that should have been done in a linear way. I kept wondering why they don’t bundle certain parts together instead of delivering them separately. The database feature, which should help organize things, didn’t really aid me here because the confusion was more with the order of financial steps. Even the telephonic support, which I hoped would clear my doubts, ended up pointing me to parts I’d already checked without really walking me through the sequence sensibly. The automatic updates didn’t help either; they seemed to change certain processes when I was in the middle of figuring out payments, which just added to my frustration. I’m tired of explaining the same issues over calls, and honestly, this part of the experience really stood out for all the wrong reasons. If the process were more straightforward and logically arranged, I think it’d save a lot of hassle for users like me.
