Over the course of using this software, what really stood out was how steady their billing and payments behaved on a day-to-day basis. It wasn’t like the first time when I was a little unsure about some charges or details on the invoice. Once past that initial sign-up and payment process, the invoices became very reliable and consistent with no unexpected changes. The automatic updates didn’t cause any disruptions to billing either, which helped keep things stable. I especially appreciated how the telephonic support was available whenever I had minor questions about my recurring payments; they answered quickly and clearly each time. It gave me a lot of confidence in the system’s reliability for ongoing use. While I did have tiny initial questions, they didn’t repeat and overall the experience showed solid control from WFHI’s side. This consistency in managing invoices and payments calmly every day is a huge plus for me and quite helpful to maintain peace of mind with the software’s usage.
