Starting with WFHI software surprisingly fast tha yaar
Quick bolun toh main soch raha tha ki itna detailed setup aur training ka process chalega jab maine WFHI ka software liya, but surprisingly it was pretty quick to get started. Bas thoda sa waiting laga after signing up for the initial phone call and then training session. Kabhi kabhi times thoda slow lag rahe the like jab main questions kar raha tha on the chat, but overall it didn’t take that long. Dialer setup karna thoda technical laga at first, lekin training ke baad sab manageable tha. Database feature mein bhi jaldi samajh aaya ki kaise contacts aur details ko organize karna hai. Matlab, I was ready to start making calls and remote workflow pe kaam karna within a couple of days, jo mujhe achha laga because main expectation thodi aur lambi process ki thi. Koi zyada delays nahi hue like waiting for confirmations or support to respond which is always irritating, so that part was smooth. Bas thodi si chhoti complaints hain ki training material kabhi kabhi thoda generic lagta tha and I thought maybe personalised help mile toh aur acche se samajh paunga, but that’s just a minor thing. Overall, I felt surprise hua ki itna jaldi ready ho gaya without much struggle. Bahut zyada complicated nahi tha, aur jo basic tools hain, woh clear dikhte hain. Isliye main definitely expect karta hoon ki main ise use karta rahunga and enjoy karta rahunga with minimum tech issues.
