Starting was more cumbersome than helpful in my case
The initial phase of getting started with WFHI was more effortful than I had hoped. I began by completing the sign-up and payment, which was straightforward, but moving onto the training module revealed some issues. I had to wait a while for access to the richer database features because my initial setup didn’t sync properly. Calling support resulted in long conversations with repeated explanations and transfers between agents, which didn’t inspire confidence. It took several attempts before someone could explain how the automatic updates worked and how to manage the dialer tools effectively. The onboarding flow seemed casual without much structure to guide me through the software’s capabilities systematically. While eventually the training material and software started to align with my working style, the slow ramp-up was frustrating. Persistent delays in answering my questions and limited phone support hours meant I couldn’t resolve concerns quickly. Although the invoice process was clear and prompt, getting to the point where service was smooth required a lot of patience and effort on my part.
