Starting up was slower than I hoped
Honestly, I found the time it took to get the software working was longer than I expected, which made my initial impression less positive. The sign-up process seemed straightforward at first, but waiting for the onboarding to properly guide me through the training stretched out over several days. I was eager to try the dialer and database features, but some automatic updates rolled out midweek caused unexpected interruptions that slowed me down further. While I did find the telephonic support helpful when I finally reached them, it wasn’t always easy to get quick answers, which was frustrating when I needed urgent assistance. The invoicing and payment steps were clear, at least, without delays or confusion on that front. Still, the overall process to become fully operational felt drawn out. If faster ramp-up times are a priority, this might be disappointing. I can grant that the software’s features are well designed, and once everything was set, I found them useful. But getting to that point was slower than I thought it should’ve been, and that affected my early workflow a lot.
