Starting up took some time, but chalta hai
Honestly, jab main WFHI ke software aur training ke baare mein sochi thi, I thought it would be super fast to get going, but it actually took thoda more time than I expected. The signup process toh straightforward thi, par jab software mein dialer aur calling tools ko samajhna shuru kiya, tab thoda confusion hua. Database feature ko bhi set karne mein time lag gaya, kyunki initially mujhe lagta tha ki sab kuch instantly clear ho jayega, but there were some labels and options jo thode complex lage. Par phir training modules ne kaafi help ki aur incrementally samajh aaya. Jab main automatically updates ke system ko dekhi to acha laga ki mujhe baar- baar kuch manually update karna nahi padta. Support team se maine calls bhi ki, jo kaafi supportive the despite thodi wait. Jo mere liye sabse important tha, wo tha ki eventually sab kuch smooth ho gaya and I could easily work remotely without zyada tension. Toh haan, time toh laga, but overall I feel the wait was worth it. Koi jaldi results nahi mila par phir bhi I am settled now and will keep using this product.
