Starting took longer than expected, though one thing stood out
I’ve been meaning to get into the software and training package, but honestly it took quite a while to get fully started, more than I had anticipated. Signing up was not too bad, yet moving through the initial onboarding had several slow points that made me wonder if I was missing something obvious. The training modules themselves were decent, but it was the wait between steps and the pace of unlocking new resources that felt frustrating at times. I was also a bit unsure about how the dialing tool would fit into my workflow until I tried it over a few days, and then only it started to feel partially intuitive. On the plus side, the telephonic support when I did reach out was fairly helpful; they guided me through some of the glitches that had delayed progress. The database feature seemed promising but I did not get enough opportunities to use its full potential in the start. Taking everything into account, I think the one highlight during this slow beginning was definitely the quality of the support calls, which made me feel less stuck. Still, I would have preferred if the first steps were quicker and clearer, so I could integrate the software into my routine with less uncertainty.
