Starting setup was patchy, poora experience ekdam mixed tha
Honestly, jab main start kar raha tha software use karna, toh onboarding steps thode misorder mein lage. Pehle database setup ke sath thoda confusion hua because mujhe dialer tool ki guidance baad mein mili. Normally, main expect karta hu ki ek smooth flow rahe, jisse easily samajh aa jaye ki pehle kya karna hai aur baad mein kya. Lekin yahan thoda chakravyuh sa experience tha jiska matlab hai ke I had to switch between training videos and software parts multiple times. On the positive side, jo training wala part tha, woh achha detailed tha, with clear telephonic support jab maine dhyan se call kiya. Pure week ka experience thoda back and forth laga because software update ke baad kuch features ne pehle wale kaam ko affect kiya. Isliye overall feeling yeh thi ki setup thoda scattered tha, but once sab samajh gaya, functioning thi sahi.
