Maine expect kiya tha ki onboarding aur support call ke process jaldi ho jayenge, kyunki basic training aur sign-up kaafi smooth tha. Lekin jab maine dialer aur database tools ko set up kiya, toh kuch steps thoda late complete hue, jiske wajah se pura process thoda prolonged hua. Basically, mujhe laga tha ki main ek do din mein apna workflow ready kar lungi, par actual mein thoda zyada lamba laga. Support ka response kaafi thik tha lekin kabhi kabhi delay bhi hua. Jo achha tha wo yeh ki mujhe har baar jab tak mai ready nahi thi, tab tak force nahi kiya gaya. So, good side ye hai ki rush kam tha, aur bad side ye ki thoda aur clearly inform karna chahiye ki kab tak ka expected time lega. Jaise training aur calling tools samajhne mein patience chahiye, waise hi support ka wait bhi thoda zyada tha. Lekin experience overall positive hi raha.
