Starting out felt like a slow crawl with mixed vibes
When I first decided to sign up, I expected the process to be relatively quick and smooth, but it actually took a lot longer than I imagined. The sign-up and payment process itself was okay, nothing special but fine. However, getting going with the actual software was a different story. There were several layers of onboarding and training that seemed to drag on more than necessary. The training sessions were warm in tone, which I appreciated, but the waiting time between things felt frustrating. I was hoping for a more seamless start but instead felt like I was pushing to move from one step to another without a clear timeline. Also, the calling tools setup took some extra tweaking, which didn't help speed things up. On the bright side, the support team was responsive when I did reach out, so that was at least comforting. Overall, the whole experience felt more like a slow crawl forward than a straight path or quick jump-in. I’m not sure I would want to recommend this pace to a friend wanting quick setup, but the tools are fine once you get past the slow phase.
