Started nervous but ended feeling quite confident
When I first signed up for WFHI’s software and training, I was a bit unsure about what to expect, especially since setting up remote workflows can be complex. The initial onboarding covered the sign-up and invoicing process smoothly; that part was clear and straightforward. Then came the training sessions, which walked me through the calling tools, dialer usage, and database features methodically, step by step. At first, I struggled slightly with how the automatic updates impacted the interface, but after checking in with telephonic support, I felt more reassured. The way support explained the nuances made me trust that I can manage any occasional hiccup. Throughout the week, I kept testing the dialer and database integrations, gaining confidence with each session. Though I expected a bit more hand-holding early on, the progression made sense in hindsight. So, my initial nerves gave way to a comfortable familiarity as I saw the helpful layers unfold. I’m now feeling ready to use the software as part of my daily remote workflow setup, even if a touch more introductory prep would have been welcome.
