Spent way too much time just figuring out the support labels

It took me way longer than expected just to understand what certain labels and wording in the support section meant. I kept clicking around, trying to find the right place to ask for help or clarify details about the dialer and database features, but the terms used didn’t make much sense to me. I wondered if maybe I was missing something simple, but even after reading various help pages, the labels seemed inconsistent or too technical for someone new. This confusion seriously delayed my setup and made me question if I could rely on telephonic support effectively. I think the training materials gave good overviews, yet the actual interface where I was supposed to get help felt confusing, almost like the support section needed its own tutorial. I’m still unsure if I completed all necessary steps correctly since the guidance wasn’t intuitive and the wording was vague. It honestly felt like a trial rather than a smooth introduction, which was frustrating because I wanted a clear path forward. I might have felt better if the support options had clearer, human-friendly headings instead of jargon that made me hesitate. Overall, I lost precious time trying to navigate support labels and wording.
