Spent way too long trying to get any support
I tried multiple times to reach support because the software was simply not working for me. Every time I called, I was told to wait or transferred to someone else who didn’t really help. I explained my problem in detail on several occasions but there was never a real solution or any timely follow-up. It felt like I was going in circles, explaining the same thing over and over again. Even after days, responses were slow or non-existent. The lack of communication was frustrating and made me lose trust in their customer support. I understand that every system can have glitches but the way my issues were handled felt unprofessional and exhausting. I honestly did not expect this kind of experience after signing up, and it has put me off from using the software further.
