Spent a lot of time but it just didn’t fit my hours
Signing up and trying out the WFHI platform sounded promising at first, but it ended up being quite time-consuming compared to what I actually expected based on my work hours. I spent a lot of effort completing the onboarding flow and going through the training, trying to make everything fit into my schedule, which is limited to a few specific hours per day. The step-by-step setup was detailed, and signing up and paying was straightforward; that part was fine. The invoicing process also worked well without any issues. However, when I tried using the calling tools and dialer along with managing the database features, I found that the platform’s demands on availability did not match my working hours. Automatic updates and telephonic support were there, but I felt they added extra steps I couldn’t always keep up with. The training seemed ideal for someone with more flexible hours because it took several sessions and continued assistance. I also noticed that the dialer’s optimal usage required me to be connected during certain periods that didn’t suit my timing. Although the software itself was functional, it became clear that the fit wasn’t great for my particular daily routine. I’m sure for others with longer or different timings, it might work better, but for me the effort spent didn’t really align with what I could manage consistently.
